The length of presentations:

Opening keynotes: 30 minutes
Plenary presentations: 15 minutes
Presentations in thematic discussion groups: 10 minutes

Technical conditions:

Laptop with projector (Windows XP, PowerPoint, USB 2.0, CD/DVD driver) and overhead projector will be available in each lecture room.
In the case you need any other equipment – e.g. video cassette player (VHS, Hi8) – or would like to present a video in a special format, please, send us an email and let us know your technical needs.

2. Poster

Posters will be able to be visited during the whole duration of the conference, and there will be two poster breaks as well. Due to the lack of time, however, there will not be guided poster tours at the conference, and therefore the posters will not be grouped in sessions.

Poster breaks: 21st of August 10.30-11.00. a.m.
22nd of August 10.30-11.00. a.m.

Posters will be displayed in upright format.
Maximum size of posters: 120 (height) x 90 (width) cm.
Adhesives for fixing the posters will be provided at the registration desk.
