The President of Hungary, Pál Schmitt awarded the Medal-for-Merit to distinguished representatives of education, religion, culture, sports and arts on Monday in the Sándor-palace, the seat of the Office of the President of the Republic.
Professor Dr. Miklós Kellermayer, professor emeritus, cell researcher has been conferred the prestigious Medal-for-Merit as an acknowledgement of his outstanding research work.
