Transcripts and Student Status Certificates issued on security paper
From the academic year 2012/2013 the students’ grade books have been handled by the Registrar’s Office, they are given to the student only at the time of termination of the student status. The Registrar’s Office, however, upon student's request issues a transcript of the gradebook instead of giving out the gradebook or its photocopy.
From January 29th, 2014 the transcripts have been issued on a specific paper with security elements. Security of the documents is granted by the parallel application of a hologram strip and watermark.
The documents are prepared within 3 workdays. From the first semester of the academic year 2014/2015 the first 5 copies are free of charge, every 6th and further transcripts are issued upon paying a fee set in the Code of Charges and Benefits. In the second semester of the academic year 2013/2014 there is no fee charged for the transcripts.
Student status certificates are also printed on security paper, these documents are issued upon student's request as usual.
