In this post we have gathered all the relevant information regarding the extraordinary exam period and the acquisition of the necessary documents.

Registration for the extraordinary exam period will be possible between January 25th 8:00 and January 27th 16:00. For students who have an exam on the 28th or 29th our post contains the exact method of applying.

We know that students who have done voluntary work need a certificate in addition to the contract to use the extraordinary exam period. We have consulted with the Registrar’s Office who are extremely positive and helpful in ensuring that all eligible students could take advantage of the extra week so we would like to thank them for their kindness. In addition to this we will also do our best to ensure that all students are treated as fair as possible and that the application procedure goes smoothly. As a result the Registrar’s Office accepts the certificates we issue in cases where the student did not receive an official certificate of the volunteer work but is able to prove it factually. These certificates are not issued to the students individually but are forwarded by us to the Registrar’s Office in a collective form at the end of each day.

The following is our summary of the process for obtaining the required papers.
⠀⠀
1. If someone has volunteered at the UP Clinical Center they should send their contract to the Registrar’s Office at the time of application. For the certificate they should refer to the “PTE KK önkéntes” excel document that we will send to the Office tomorrow.

2. If you volunteered at a non-UP site please fill the questionnaire at the end of this post for the aforementioned collective certification.
⠀⠀
3. If anyone has a problem obtaining the necessary documents in addition to the above cases they can also indicate this to us in the questionnaire below and we will contact them to resolve the matter.
