Topic

The purpose of this subject is to describe and characterize proteins, which are the most important components in the cell-function. Analysis of the proteome with molecular biology, bioinformatics and biostatistical methods. Structure-function relationships in proteins. Protein associates. Methodology to study the structure of proteins (NMR, mass spectrometry). Purification of proteins. Bioanalysis of proteins.
