Topic
This course intends to provide insight into various career opportunities for graduates with a degree in pharmacy. Invited speakers working in various fields of the pharmaceutical profession talk about characteristic features of their job, including daily routine, challenging situations and peculiarities they have come accross. Speakers represent pharmacists working in community pharmacies, clinical pharmacies, in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as at health authorities and at universities or research institutes.

Maximum of 15 % absence allowed
Mid-term exams
Active participation is expected from students. They should be prepared to ask questions from each speaker and they are requested to take notes on each occasion. These notes should be handed in to the course instructor at the end of each class.
The final grade is based on student activity in class and the written notes they have taken on each occassion.
Making up for missed classes
There is no opportunity to make up for absences, since different speakers are invited to each class.
