Do you ever find yourself reaching for food when stressed, bored, or overwhelmed? This interactive workshop helps students understand the connection between stress, emotions, and eating habits.

Participants will learn how to distinguish between physical and emotional hunger, identify their personal eating triggers, and explore how sensory experiences influence food choices.

Through practical exercises and guided reflection, students will gain simple, coping strategies to reduce stress and break the stress-eating cycle.
