This year, we are organizing the Great Medschool Staircase Run at the UPMS for the sixth time! In the spirit of spring, this year’s event is inspired by Easter, so feel free to draw inspiration from Easter-themed ideas when choosing your costume. You can be an Easter bunny, a painted egg, a chick, or any spring character – the only limit is your imagination!
Join us and run for valuable prizes and of course, for your health! Taking the stairs not only saves you the wait for the lift, but it also stimulates circulation, uses no electricity, and can burn even more calories than jogging.
On March 26, at 3:00 PM, get to the starting line!
The challenge is simple: run from the ground floor to the fourth floor as quickly as possible. Be the fastest and win valuable prizes!
And it’s not just about speed – your creativity can also win you a prize! The best costume will also be rewarded.
The institution with the most participants will also be rewarded! Register, as an institution and win a team-building experience!
Prices will be awarded to:
- The first three fastest runners (female and male categories)
- The most creative costume (individual or team)
- And the institution with the highest number of participants
