17 November 2021

On 6 November 2021, this year's Hungarian University-College National Championship in swimming was held. Among the competitions between Hungarian universities, this is one of the most high-quality sports events, as several professional-level competitors participated in it. UP was represented by Tamás Kenderesi who took part in the Rio (2016) and Tokyo (2020/21) Olympics, Ádám Jászó who is an European champion in his age group, Zsófia Konkoly who is the gold medallist of the Tokyo Paralympics, and Bence Iván who is also a Paralympian.

Candidates could compete in amateur and professional categories. The University of Pécs was represented this year by 40 swimmers, four of whom are UPMS students.
