Medical protective equipment from China have also arrived in the Pécs clinics

The medical and health sciences higher education institutions in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged have also received the medical protection equipment that Semmelweis University acquired from China on behalf of the Ministry for Innovation and Technology.

The packages containing 57 thousand face masks, 5 thousand protective medical gowns, protective overalls, safety goggles and rapid tests were delivered to the clinics on 7 April with trucks of the Waberer’s - Szemerey Logisztika Kft. More shipments of medical and protective equipment are expected in the near future. In addition to more than seven million face masks and more than three million gloves, hundreds of thousands of rapid tests and medicines have arrived in Hungary from the Far Eastern country so far.
