Registration for COVID vaccination

26 May 2021

Dear Students,

we are happy to announce that in cooperation with the University of Pécs Clinical Centre we are again able to provide open COVID vaccination days for Hungarian and international Medical School students. The vaccination is voluntary and free of charge.

Right now you can register for three vaccination days, for three vaccines (Sputnik V, Moderna and Sinopharm) through the links below, by 2pm the day before the vaccination (or until there are free spots).

Location: Honvéd Hospital Vaccination Point, 7632 Pécs, Akác street 1.

  • Janssen: 7 June, 2021, (8:00-16:00, vaccination point 10)
  • Sinopharm: 2 June, 2021, (8:00-16:00, vaccination point 10) (not available)
  • Moderna: 1 June, 2021, (8:00-16:00, vaccination point 10) (not available)
  • Moderna: 31 May, 2021, (8:00-16:00, vaccination point 12) (not available)
  • Moderna: 31 May, 2021, (8:00-16:00, vaccination point 11) (not available)
  • Moderna: 31 May, 2021, (8:00-16:00, vaccination point 10) (not available)
  • Sputnik V: 29 May, 2021, (8:00-14:00, vaccination point 13) (not available)

Please make an appointment only if you are sure you can attend 3-4 weeks after your first appointment for the second shot!

Please make sure to be on time for your appointment.

Those eligible for the vaccination have to make a written declaration of consent and epidemiology; both have to be handed in at the location of the vaccination. Please take the printed and filled forms with you to the appointment, and don’t forget to have your passport with you, if you are an international student. The date on the declarations should be the date of the vaccination. The forms are available here.

To make an appointment, Hungarian students need their TAJ number, and international students need their EHA/Neptun code. All Medical School students are eligible for the vaccine if they have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past three months (regardless of having symptoms or not), or have been infected with COVID-19 in longer than three months but have not received the vaccine yet.

We will only be able to organise more vaccination days in the future if there is sufficient interest in the current days and we receive enough registrations.

Best regards,

UP Medical School Student Service Department
