Additional information about the third COVID vaccine for UP students

Dear Students, hereby we provide further practical information regarding the compulsory booster coronavirus vaccination (2/2021. Rector’s, Chancellor’s and Clinical Centre Director’s Joint Order, published on December 15)

Acquittance/Deferral

Those students who have validly gone through the coronavirus disease following the coronavirus vaccination(s) or currently suffer from the disease shall contact the University GP.

Requests regarding the deferral of the booster vaccination should be sent to: fmk@pte.hu

Please note that you have to attach to the email all those documents that authentically prove the reason of the requested delay.

In case of being infected with coronavirus the documents to be emailed are:

  1. Covid positive PCR test documentation
  2. First negative PCR test following the infection (as the date of becoming recovered is also an important information)
  3. documents about the covid vaccination(s)

Registration for appointment:

Recommended, though not mandatory. Please note that in case you do not have appointment date, the waiting time might be longer

What shall you bring along for the booster shot?

  1. Passport/ID card
  2. printed and signed declarations (epidemiological statement, consenting statement)
  3. vaccination card

Apart from being vaccinated, it is important to adhere to the epidemiological regulations, please take care of your and others health by keeping distance, washing hands and wearing the mask.
