Topic

It is necessary to produce proteins for therapeutic and diagnostic purposes in good quality, reproducibly, and in large scale. For these aims the proper host cells, the recombinant technology, the purification methods, the probable modifications and the quality control of the protein products have to be chosen. The students will study the methods of large scale production of recombinant proteins, the possibilities of protein engineering and purifications. These studies can be the bases of their future experimental works.
