Topic

The aim of the course is to recognise and provide first aid for the most common emergency situations that directly threaten patients' lives - such as acute cardiovascular symptoms, stroke, allergic reactions, sepsis. The mainstay of the requirements is the acquisition and demonstration of detailed knowledge of basic life support. After the 5 classroom lectures, 1.5 hours of practice in groups of up to 5 people in the emergency department, as discussed in the last lecture.
