Topic
The angiology course aims at increasing the awareness and knowledge on peripheral vascular diseases. Preventive approach has almost been neglected in this field. Life-threatening disorders (acute critical limb ischaemia, chronic critical limb ischaemia, rupture of aneurysm, dissection), chronic arterial diseases (peripheral arterial occlusive disease, diabetic foot syndrome, Raynaud's phenomenon), acute and chronic venous problems, lymphatic disorders, congenital malformations, and vasculitis are addressed.
