Conditions for acceptance of the semester
Successful completion of the tooth identification and tooth carving exam in the last two weeks of the term in a practical class.
Mid-term exams
By the end of the semester (14th week) the student should present the required number of carved teeth
Making up for missed classes
Limited possibility, depending on capacity
Exam topics/questions
On the last two weeks of the semester tooth identification and tooth carving exam is held.
Written examination during the exam period with the following types of tasks:
true–false statements,
single-choice questions,
short-answer questions requiring one to a few words.
The result of the written examination is determined based on percentage performance, the mark is assigned according to the following grading scale:
90–100%: excellent (5)
80–89%: good (4)
70–79%: satisfactory (3)
60–69%: pass (2)
0–59%: fail (1)
The final course grade is calculated from the three components as follows: tooth identification (15%), tooth carving (15%), and written examination (70%).
In order to pass the exam, all parts have to be successfully completed.
