The 54th celebratory meeting of the University Medicine and Dentistry Days was held on 28 October, 2023, in the aula of the Pécs Medical School. Several hundred doctors gathered to accept their gold-, diamond-, iron- or ruby diplomas after the welcoming speeches of dr. Attila Miseta rector and dr. Tamás Tényi vice-dean. “This celebration is about meeting again and remembering. All of you have your own path and career and have faced many challenges. Attila Miseta in his welcoming speech. The rector added that the university has undergone huge developments in the past decade, especially in the medical field, and there are more plans for developments in the future.

“We can only develop if we take you in the first rows as an example, for you have shown us a respectable path to follow. Please be proud of that!” – emphasized dr. Tamás Tényi in his speech.
