The University of Pécs Medical School and Faculty of Pharmacy welcomes its Hungarian and international students with in-person orientation days on August 28 and 30.
The two-day event of the University of Pécs Medical School and Faculty of Pharmacy will start off with the info sessions for German General Medicine and Dentistry, and English General Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy and Biotechnology students on August 28. On August 30, the info sessions will continue for Hungarian students starting their studies in General Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy. Both days will also include optional programs, to which the organisers are happy to welcome participants.
Participation is mandatory on the info sessions about the most important topics (e.g. lectures of the Registrar’s Office about matriculation and semester start, the Hungarian, English and German Admissions and Student Service Office’s lectures and the presentations of the student organisations).
Optional programs include workshops that can help freshmen get by in their everyday university lives. Participants will also have the opportunity to visit many stands where further departments and offices of the university the faculties will showcase their services and events. Third-party organisations will also be present.
Some sections of the program require registration due to limited number of available places, therefore it is suggested to register for these early.
