Lifestyle-related diseases are the leading cause of mortality in the modern world. Changing unhealthy behaviors is foundational to health promotion, disease prevention, and medical care. During the course we discuss the powerful effects of healthy lifestyle, the basic recommendations, evidence-based practices which may extend lives and may allow people to live longer, in better health.
