Thematik

It is commonly noted that primer prevention, especially health promotion - and including health education - has a significant role in preventing diseases. During their everyday work medical professionals (either doctors, dentists and other health professionals) may face situations when - in addition to providing treatment - they have to perform health educational tasks. For example, giving a presentation for school-aged children, or writing an informative article for the lay population, etc. The aim of this course is to draw the attention of the future health professionals to their responsibility and opportunities in the field of health education, to motivate them and providing them a rich methodological toolkit.
