Thematik
Regardless of the sport and the level of competition, sport is about improving performance in order to achieve different goals or to surpass oneself. There is now a strong emphasis on science-based assessments for the development of athletes. Performance diagnostics and biomechanical testing methods provide useful data that are important factors for short and long-term training plans and preventive development.
