Thematik

The angiology course aims to increase awareness and knowledge of peripheral vascular diseases with a strong emphasis on prevention and early detection. The curriculum covers life-threatening arterial conditions (acute limb ischemia, chronic limb-threatening ischemia, acute aortic syndromes), chronic arterial diseases (peripheral artery disease, diabetic foot syndrome, vasospastic disorders), acute and chronic venous thromboembolic diseases, chronic venous disorders, lymphatic diseases, vascular malformations, and vasculitides. The course integrates clinical examination, differential diagnosis, and evidence-based management principles.
