Topic
During the course we introduce the molecular basics of modern therapeutical approaches in human medicine. We put special emphasis on recombinant protein production and the RNAi based or viral gene therapy. Furthermore, we discuss in details the gene, protein, or small molecule-based interventions from metabolic malfunctions to pulmonary diseases. Finally, we touch the future molecular technologies against infectious diseases.
