Topic

The course presents the physiological, especially immunological effects and therapeutic potential of forest bathing and walking, green environment (2x45 min lectures), of essential oils (2x45 min lectures), and of animals in the human environment (2x45 min) based on evidences and relevant current research.
The course ends with an altogether 4x45 min (3 hours) practice experiencing the effects of a short and slow pace real forest trip, while using all our senses, including blood pressure, blood sugar (with a POCT glucometer), and body temperature measurement before and after the trip.
