Topic

The aim of the course is to develop a programme that will help the participating students to learn about and become aware of self-awareness, student responsibility, and provide motivation for his/her own development during and after the course. Students will learn the basics of objective, strategy and change management, both for the individual and for an organisation. As a result, they will be able to apply what they have learned in their professional work and in their personal life, as it is in line with the rules of conscious living. In this way, they will recognise the parallelism in the way of thinking that is effective in life and in organisational development. During the corporate culture and communication topics, students will be able to identify the main features of the functioning of any organisational culture and communication strategy. Students will have the advantage of conscious and planned collaboration both in their studies and later when they participate in the work of a healthcare organisation as a doctor. Marketing methods can make information widely shared visible, audible, and tangible, conveying key messages at a given point and in planning for the future. Experiential learning is an important strategy, so it also provides the opportunity to present a concrete example. This is the case with PotePillars, where students can learn about the importance of learning-centred education, built environment, research, innovation and well-being of the university members
