Topic

In this course, students will learn how to improve their time management skills to achieve their goals without feeling burnt out or stressed. They will have the opportunity to learn the strategies and best practices of business leaders, authors and coaches such as Patrick Forsyth, Stephen R. Covey, James Clear, David Allen.

The purpose of the course is to familiarize students with the basics of time management and its various types; provide them with easy-to-learn ideas and implementable techniques. The lectures help to develop good habits, through the acquisition of which the students can plan more effectively and manage their time more efficiently during their university years. It helps to increase their productivity stree-free.
