Topic
The prevention of acute injuries and sport-specific overload injuries is paramount important for all athletes. The first step is always to assess the athlete's muscle chains to get an accurate picture of the current muscle imbalances. A central element of the various prevention programmes is the development of the spine and the muscles responsible for its support and movement. Participation in such programmes is not only recommended for athletes, as protecting the spine can have an effective impact on both daily life and performance, regardless of gender, age or occupation.
