Topic

Our course is devoted to interpret the patholgic basis of diseases to pharmacist undergraduates. Our aim is to present the study of the structural, biochemical, and functional changes in cells, tissues and organs that underlie diseases. By the use of molecular, microand macromorphologic techniques, pathology attempts to provide diagnosis and a rational basis for clinical care and therapy, placing special emphasis on pharmacotherapeutic aspects. Pathology serves as the bridge between the basic sciences and clinical studies and is the scientific foundation for the entirety of the medicine.
