Dear Students,

I would like to warmly welcome you all to the Pathology course!

During this semester, the histopathology seminars will be held in the study room on the third floor at Szigeti út, instead of Rákóczi út 1 (see figure).

There are no major changes regarding the teaching slides; only one or two of the previously used slides will be replaced. Access to the slides is currently affected by a technical issue. Until this is resolved, I recommend opening the provided link in your browser using incognito/private browsing mode.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to demonstrate gross specimens this year. Instead, we have expanded the digital image collection. The overall amount of material has not increased substantially, but several new images have been added.

There are no changes to the organization of the autopsy room practicals: some sessions will be held at Szigeti út and others at Rákóczi út. At the end of the semester, during weeks 12–14, medical students will have an autopsy room practical examination.

There will be some changes to the lectures, and in some cases the lecturers will also change. We will do our best to upload the handouts to Potepedia as soon as possible.
