Incorporating the quality objective of the School into a quality management system.
Conducting internal audits and management reviews.
Preparation of external audits, participation in the implementation.
Continuous contact and cooperation with the quality management officers of the institutes.
Conducting quality management professional trainings for students and staff - especially for the institute's quality management officers, sometimes on external requests.
The quality management representation of the School in university and other professional organizations.
Supporting School strategies (PotePillars) and active participation in their implementation.
Extension and development of the application of the performance evaluation system (teacher, staff).
Developing optimisation proposals regarding the operation of the UPMS Organizational Units.
