TASKS OF THE DEPARTMENT
- Continuous supervision and development of the system developed by integrating the Quality management systems, requirements Standard (MSZ EN ISO 9001: 2015) and the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG 2015), maintenance of the central system documentation.
- Incorporating the quality objective of the School into a quality management system.
- Conducting internal audits and management reviews.
- Preparation of external audits, participation in the implementation.
- Continuous contact and cooperation with the quality management officers of the institutes.
- Conducting quality management professional trainings for students and staff - especially for the institute's quality management officers, sometimes on external requests.
- The quality management representation of the School in university and other professional organizations.
- Risk management.
- Supporting School strategies (PotePillars) and active participation in their implementation.
- Extension and development of the application of the performance evaluation system (teacher, staff).
- Developing optimisation proposals regarding the operation of the UPMS Organizational Units.
- Dean's feedback system.
- Development of systems of recognition.
- Supporting School accreditation processes.
