The course is meticulously designed to enhance students' competency in recognizing diverse personality types and engaging in effective communication with patients, colleagues, and staff in a healthcare setting. Understanding that each personality type necessitates a tailored approach to communication, this course offers in-depth insight into various personality frameworks, highlighting the importance of adaptability and conflict avoidance to foster positive outcomes. A significant emphasis is placed on developing self-awareness, as students will first learn to identify their own personality types, followed by training to discern these traits in others.
