Topic
The course is meticulously designed to enhance students' competency in recognizing diverse personality types and engaging in effective communication with patients, colleagues, and staff in a healthcare setting. Understanding that each personality type necessitates a tailored approach to communication, this course offers in-depth insight into various personality frameworks, highlighting the importance of adaptability and conflict avoidance to foster positive outcomes. A significant emphasis is placed on developing self-awareness, as students will first learn to identify their own personality types, followed by training to discern these traits in others. The curriculum provides comprehensive guidelines for appropriate interaction strategies, fostering mental agility, and cultivating a respectful attitude towards each unique individual.
