Student Locker Request
Through the form below, you can request a student locker for the duration of your practice period: block practice, summer practice, or sixth-year practice.
In the reservation system, you can currently choose from the following two locations:
- 400-Bed Clinic
- Kórház tér Clinic
🔒 Important information:
Each locker is shared by at least two students. In the form, you have the option to provide the details of the student with whom you would like to share the locker. To do so, the personal details of the other student must also be provided.
Lockers are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Currently, 20 lockers are available at each location.
The following information is required for the request:
- Personal details: name, phone number, e-mail address
- The name of the department where the practice takes place
- The start and end date of the practice
🔢 The locker codes will be sent by e-mail on the evening before the start of the practice.
⚠ Please empty the locker by 18:00 on the last day of your practice!
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any items placed in the lockers.
