Thematik

Within the frame of the theoretical and practical trainings of this subject students will study the quantitative approach of chemical analysis. This approach is crucial for the study of almost all fields of the pharmaceutical sciences such as pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutical technology etc. Students have to learn and examine the theory and practice of the quantitative analytical reactions, methods, rules and calculations.

Voraussetzung zum Absolvieren des Semesters

Acknowledgement of the course is in accord with the Code of Studies and Examinations. Participation is both the lectures and the practices is obligatory. Maximum three absences can be accepted both from the lectures and the practices. Two compulsory midterm tests (on the topics of the lectures and the practices) will be written during the semester on the 7th and the 12th weeks. One of the test result should be above 60%. One re-take test is allowed at the 14th weak of the semester.

Semesteranforderungen

If the student did not take part writing the midterm test, she or he can participate the retake, only. There is no chance for extra possibilities.

Möglichkeiten zur Nachholung der Fehlzeiten

There is no possibility to make up missed classes (lectures and practices).

Oral exam covering the topics of Pharmacopoeial Analysis 1. and Pharmacopoeial Analysis 2. The list of questions of the final exam is available on the Neptun system.
