Investigation of the effects of PACAP in vitro
In the experiments running in the cell culture laboratory we have been examining effects of PACAP using different cell lines. Our first goal is to investigate the protective effect of PACAP and the mechanism by which it exerts its effects. For obtaining more iformation on molecular mechanisms various methods are used (arrays, western blot, flow cytometry).
