Thematik

The aim of the subject is to present the theoretical and practical background of enyzme biotechnology. The course discusses in detail the biological functions and practical use of enzymes in life sciences. Participants will become familiar with the possibilities of isolation, production and manipulation of enzymes together with their applications.
