Chapter XVI. of the National Higher Education Act defines the operating bases of student councils, their rights and opportunities in advocacy in general for all universities.
EHÖK Fundamentals
Chapter V. of the Fundamentals of the University Student Union (EHÖK) applies to the faculty student councils and to our team as well. It defines their rights, tasks, organization and work schedule. It also determines the operation of the faculties’ Assembly of Delegates.
HÖK Code of Conduct
We operate in accordance with the EHÖK Fundamentals as no lower-level regulation has been established so far. We plan to create a detailed local document in order to increase our transparency. It will define our internal procedures, tasks, rights and responsibilities.
