All first-year students must complete the online matriculation process in Neptun.
Matriculation is completed under Administration → Term Registration

📅 Recommended deadline
We strongly recommend completing your online matriculation before 22 August 2026 (08:00).
This allows you to register for your obligatory subjects within your assigned study group and helps avoid timetable conflicts.
During matriculation
Please
✔ verify your personal information
✔ complete all required declarations
✔ make sure your consent for electronic administration is set to "Yes"
✔ save your Matriculation Card as a PDF (it can be saved and printed from Neptun under
Administration → Requests → Submitted requests → Matriculation card by pressing Form download, which you can then print)
✔ print two copies
✔ sign one copy

Online matriculation alone does not complete your enrolment.
Your enrolment becomes valid only after the validation process.
