All active students at the University of Pécs have automatic access to the Microsoft Office 365 system and software. In addition, the 1TB cloud storage space of OneDrive is available too. In the event of termination of the student status, access may be canceled without prior notice, so it is advisable to make a backup of the files stored online before the completing your studies.
Installation of Office 365
- Visit the Microsoft Office website.
- Type in the username 'NEPTUNCODE@tr.pte.hu' and your password used in Neptun to log in. Students with both EHA and Neptun codes should use their EHA code in the format 'ABCDEFG.PTE@tr.pte.hu'.
- After you log in successfully, click "Install Office" and then "Office 365-Apps".
- After launching the downloaded file, follow its instructions to complete the installation.
