The Year Representative and Group Leader system is one of the main communication links between students, the English-German Student Committee (EGSC), and the Student Council. It helps ensure that important information reaches the right year group, seminar group, or, when needed, the entire student body. At the same time, it also gives students a clear way to raise questions, concerns, or problems so that the EGSC and the Student Council can help address them.
Year Representatives play a key role in this system. They help coordinate communication within their year group and are also responsible for tasks such as organising exam dates. To support their work and make their responsibilities clearer, the following guides have been prepared for them:
