Tematika

The subject expands on the knowledge which was accumulated in the previous semester. Gene mutation, DNA repair mechanisms and transposition, regulation of gene expression, transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation will be discussed. Finally, epigenetic regulation of gene expression and its consequences will be the final topic.
