Exam period

Dear Student!

With regards to the exam registration period and exam period approaching, we would like to call your kind attention to the following important alterations in the procedures:

  • As your attention was already called in the schedule of the academic year, on the last week of the exam period (29th June – 3rd July 2026) exclusively repeated exams or bettering exams may be taken for students of training programs of the Medical School. Thus, the exam spots offered on this week may be booked only, if you had taken at least one unsuccessful (failed) exam within the period of 18th May 2026 – 26th June 2026, or you would take a bettering exam, so that you have received a grade for that subject in the exam period of the spring semester of 2025/2026. We also call your attention to the fact that having absence from an exam does not count as an unsuccessful exam. Please schedule your exams considering the abovementioned, do not postpone an exam of a subject to the last week of the exam period, without at least one trial that you have taken in the first 6 weeks of the exam period of the spring semester of the academic year 2025/2026. Please take into consideration that exams that concluded with a failing grade (1 – fail/unsatisfactory) will count towards the maximum overall number of allowed exam attempts for the given subject. The overall amount of exam attempts that can be had for any given subject during the training is six (6).
  • IMPORTANT! In order to decrease the load on the Neptun system the schedule of the exam registration will be divided for the phases as follows
  • from 7:00 a.m. 6th May 2026 exam registration will be possible for the subjects recommended in the 1-4 curricular semesters, for students with feedback bonus
  • from 7:00 a.m. 7th May 2026 exam registration will be possible for the subjects recommended in the 5-10 curricular semesters, for students with feedback bonus
  • from 7:00 a.m. 8th May 2026 exam registration will be possible all the subjects for everyone.

The Feedback Committee will report you the feedback bonus result as usual.

  • Please take a look at your finances on your Neptun account and cover the might pending items with an expired due date. Exam registration will be banned at latest on 5th May 2026 for students with active, expired fee items. After 5th May, cancelling the banning will be possible by sending an e-mail to your administrative office at the Registrar’s Office, once you have covered the unpaid item.

Detailed information will be shared about the upcoming exam period in the days before the start of the exam registration period. Please mind our e-mails and make sure you read the informative carefully.

Should you have any question please turn to the co-workers of the Registrar’s Office at their contacts
