- offered grades: the course director may decide to offer a grade and record it in Neptun, which the student has to accept or reject
- if the student accepts the offered no exam registration is possible
- offered grades can be accepted until the end of the 6th week of exam period
- the course director records the midsemester grades in Neptun until the end of second week of the exam period
- the course director denies the end-of-semester signatures in Neptun (Signature = „blocked” entry in the course) about which the student receives Neptun message and their already taken exam registration in the subject will be deleted, cannot register for further exams in the given subject and cannot gain midsemester grade
