INC 2024 és HuNDoC

Élettani Intézeti beszámoló

Az International Neuroscience Conference (INC) 2024. január 25-26-án került megrendezésre a PTE Grastyán Endre elméleti épületében. Kiemelkedő tudományos esemény volt, amelyen újszerű és úttörő eredményeket mutattak be plenáris előadások, szimpóziumok és poszterek formájában. Neves nemzetközi tudósok mutatták be legújabb eredményeiket, tovább hangsúlyozva a magyar idegtudományi kutatások jelentőségét a nemzetközi közösségen belül.

Az Általános Orvostudományi Kar által szervezett konferencia elnökei Prof. Dr. Helyes Zsuzsanna és Prof. Dr. Zelena Dóra voltak. A szervezőbizottságban az Élettani Intézetből Dr. Buzás Péter és Dr. László Kristóf vett részt.  A rendezvényre 430 résztvevő érkezett a világ különböző tájairól. Prof. Dr. Buzsáki György, Prof. Dr. Patricia Churhland, Dr. Christof Koch, Prof. Dr. Joseph LeDoux és Prof. Dr. Kozicz Tamás az USA-ból; Dr. Daniela Jezova és Dr. Jan Bakos Szlovákiából; Prof. Dr. Jes Olessen Dániából, Dr. Albert Gidon és Dr. Dirk Feldmeyer Németországból; Dr. Ulrike Grünert és Prof. Dr. Paul R. Martin Ausztáliából és Prof. Dr. Petri Ala-Laurila Finnországból érkezett előadást tartani.

 

Az Élettani Intézet munkatársai 3 előadással, 23 poszterrel, valamint szervezőként vettek részt a konferencián.

A 7th Hungarian Neuroscience Doctoral Conference (HuNDoC) egyetemistáknak, végzős hallgatóknak és junior posztdoktoroknak január 24-én zajlott. Jó társasággal, felemelő beszédekkel, műhelymunkákkal és legfőképpen lenyűgöző tudományokkal teli vidám nap volt. A HuNDoC konferencián lehetőség volt nyílt beszélgetésre az egyik legnagyobb magyar idegtudóssal, Prof. Buzsáki Györggyel (USA). A szervezőbizottság egyik tagja volt Dr. Szőcs Szilárd, az Élettani Intézet munkatársa.
