To help you unwind during the exam period, we are inviting the volunteers of the Élethíd Assistance Dog Foundation and their specially trained four-legged companions to campus. Come and meet them on Tuesday, 2 June, between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. in the square between the Endre Grastyán Theoretical Building and the northern park.
Research shows that spending time with dogs can:
- improve memory,
- reduce anxiety and stress,
- promote positive emotions that help the nervous system maintain the optimal level of activation needed for effective learning.
And according to dog lovers, spending a little time with dogs is guaranteed to make any day better.
If the weather cooperates, we will be outside. In the event of rain or a thunderstorm, we will meet in the lobby of the New Building.
