The demand of edible insects is increasing because of their nutritional value and their environmentally friendly production. In addition, insects are full of protein and low in allergens. We would like to offer you the opportunity to try a new product that contains insect powder. Don´t worry!....you won´t even notice that it contains any insects. You will receive different prototypes of wafers that you can taste and rate how much you like them. You can mark your answers in a Google form, and you can also add comments if you’d like to. Water will be provided to cleanse your palate.
