Educator’s Celebration 2021

22 October 2021

The Medical School leadership could organise the Educator’s Celebration in person again on October 20. The hosts of the event were dr. Dóra Reglődi and dr. László Czopf.

This year, awards were given out based on the votes of the 2020 graduates, and – as in the previous years – heads of departments and clinics also nominated extraordinary education coordinators. The awards given to departments and clinics for high performance during online education was new this year.

Awards were given out to 20 departments and clinics, 30 excellent presenters and 43 excellent practice leaders. Based on the recommendation of the dean’s leadership, two people received awards; 29 more were awarded based on the recommendations of department heads.

Awardees received a small ceramic figure with the certificate. The ceramic prize was chosen by voting in 2019 from admissions of students from the Faculty of Music and Visual Arts.

As always, the goal – with the aim of creating tradition – was to make sure that colleagues feel a wider sense of appreciation, and to have more motivation for their work from the positive reinforcement.
