Susan G. Komen for the Cure(r) seeks to award the Ambassador Nancy G. Brinker Award to an applicant from Hungary seeking travel assistance to attend or participate in the 34th Annual San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS) from December 6-10, 2011 in San Antonio, Texas, USA.
The objective of SABCS is to provide state-of-the-art information on the experimental biology, etiology, prevention, diagnosis, and therapy of breast cancer and premalignant disease, to an international audience of academic and private physicians and researchers.
The symposium aims to achieve a balance of clinical, translational, and basic research, providing a forum for interaction, communication, and education for a broad spectrum of researchers, health professionals, and those with a special interest in breast cancer.
Application must be received by September 13, 2010.
