Unlike in previous years, this year on 27 October the Department of Anatomy held its now traditional cemetery commemoration only in the presence of year representatives due to the coronavirus epidemic. The ecumenical ceremony as well as the student program were cancelled, however, a ceremonial speech was given by dr. Andrea Lubics, vice chair of the department. The Department of Anatomy was represented by dr. Balázs Ujvári as well.
Following the joint Latin prayers of the students who attended, they expressed their respect and gratitude by lighting candles and wreathing for those who help medical training by offering their bodies. Students who would like to thank in person can, of course, visit the cemetery individually at any time.
