Error report, complaint

  • if you experience any error in the functioning of Neptun or get stuck in a procedure, please report the problem PROMPTLY
  • please report your complaints, remarks to your administrative officers in e-mail. It is useful if you also attach a screenshot about the problem
  • the prompt report is important (a lot of procedures have strict deadlines so we can  only take into consideration the problems that we have been informed about within the deadline)
  • we call your attention that missing the deadlines results in the forfeiture of rights! Please send your complaints, remarks to your administrative officer in e-mail BEFORE the deadline!
